About me - The Global eCommerce Logistician
I’m a Partnerships Director at an eCommerce SAAS company managing 1,200+ logistics partnerships globally, reporting to the CEO/founder. I’m also a member of UPU Consultative Committee advising the world’s postal organization and the ecosystem. Retailers and logistics companies regularly ask for my advice, and I am a regular keynote speaker at conferences.
My day to day life revolves around knowing what’s going in the market, particularly in parcel carrier, PUDO, 3PL/fulfillment, and freight forwarding globally. Knowing the nuances between how eCommerce works in the US vs China, keeping track of highly important niche markets like Australia and Singapore, understanding huge but walled off markets like India and Japan, watching emerging markets like Brazil and Indonesia, etc. are all critical to my work’s success.
I live in the intersection of technology and unicorns, so I will sometimes share on tech, SAAS, entrepreneurship, and funding as well.
