2020 - Paypoint acquires Yodel’s 50% for £6M netting Yodel a cool 12x ROI
2025 - IDS, parent of Royal Mail, acquires a 49% stake for £43.9M, giving Paypoint a 7.5x ROI on it’s Yodel shares, and a 90x ROI on it’s original shares.
Paypoint’s original investment of £0.5M is now worth £45M.
